We're happy to offer an exchange or refund on unworn items within one month - or 14 days for sale items - with a valid receipt or despatch confirmation note.

All goods must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging and be suitable for re-sale.

Proof of purchase (relevant invoice, sales order or delivery note number is required).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any personalised items back.

A returns authorisation is obtained from Customer Services prior to the return of any goods.

The returns charge is payable by the returnee and non-refundable.

Unfortunately, mistakes sometimes happen. If you do receive incorrect or damaged goods then please submit a returns request as soon as possible so that we can quickly resolve any issue for you.

All refunds will be via the payment method as before.  If you’ve lost your receipt or despatch note, we can exchange items at the current selling price only.
